Resilient Risk Management

This 4-hour tailored orientation is intended to provide a practical overview to the benefits of and uses for information in different sectors to enable increased efficiency in decision making, investigations, and analysis for long-term resilient risk management. Material included to be considered for use will be: (unclassified) cyber threat intelligence, open source intelligence, physical security, UAV/UAS threats/vulnerabilities, Critical Infrastructure, weather analytics/climate intelligence, risk management, some tips and tricks for critical conversations, and other sectors pertinent to the requestor. This is both an orientation and also an offering of expertise to mentor, support, and enable optimized resiliency for risk management in a manner that helps break down information silos, saves money, and builds adaptability within a dynamic threat environment. We will bring together expertise in cyber security, physical security, current and emerging threats, risk management, and executive leadership (as applicable) to help you tailor and refine your risk mitigation strategies and priorities. Our areas of expertise have been federal facilities and critical infrastructure, but we have experience working down to municipal and private properties.
