Operationalized Cultural Intelligence Seminar: Tailored

This seminar is intended as an overview of how to optimize intelligence assessments through adaptable yet nuanced cultural features. Material will focus on how to take cultural variables (such as Hofstede’s variables or more refined resources located in places like The Globe Project) and use them for military, development, policy implementation, or negotiations planning and interpretation purposes. It is not an in-depth training but more a tailored overview that will focus on customer driven needs and desired end-state. The seminar will enable the final hour either as a tailored working session with the participants or additional focused discussion on the topics at hand. Material will be organized into 50 minute segments that focus on theory, challenges encountered, means for application, geopolitical alignment, and practical work with area/region/theme of choice (to be coordinated). Seminar material has been developed by and will be instructed by (or directly supervised by) SME with a PhD, business experience, 20+ years international experience, experience in cultural intelligence, and experience in both training and teaching cultural intelligence for government and military persons.
